MR Imaging in Luca on Cephalopathy

David Harroen, Luca on cephalopathy is a condition seen in opioid abuse that has relatively characteristic imaging findings. It may be due to apoptosis of the oligodendrocytes or some microvascular dysregulation. Sometimes the follow-up images look like it's progression of the initial insult.
