Invention and Science - You Have to Have a Creative Streak
Doctor mirablis, which means doctor wonder. He obviously had that reputation of some one who was, if not an inventor, some one with a great imagination. So i think in his own intellectual circles, he would probably have been incredibly well known. There is almost that childlike sense curiositys i want to make the human species a multiplanetary species - those sorts of big ideas.
