The Symptoms of Lunotraquitrol Ligament Injury and VZ
Patients may have ulnar-sided pain that is worse with pronation and ulnar deviation, otherwise known as a power grip. A positive test elicits pain, crepitus, or increased laxity, suggesting Lunotraquitrol interosseous injury. Non-operative management includes observation, which may be attempted initially. Operative options include closed reduction and percutaneous pinning for acute instability.
