There is a wide range of views about this in various militaries. The chinese have really, as we talk about in the peace have changed their stamps somewhat. They've accepted climate science for a long time, but they were very resistant to characterizing climate change as a national security issue. And that's because of their concerns about the imp act that classifying it as such might have on their sovereignty. But i think that they have sort of come around on this issue.
