And they've had help, either that help is either a previous property or some other investment, or a family giving them money. There's also a people who you underestimate. We have a myth that things need to be affordable, affordable, but i just don’t think, i think torontois a world class city. It's not going to be affordable any more. When one places complaint, ore we won't see it until two years from now.
