There's so much emergent evidence around the gut brain axis. The more diverse i got microbiom is by incorporating thes light fermented foods, we can actually improve that functional capability and that interaction with the human cells. So its amazing. I mean, because when you say all fungi or a near bacteria, i think that ever everybody will be imagining something really gruesome. And reallyi is not nice, for actually, it's incredible. We all the earth, and us as human beings, need these things to survive.
