I never was able to really show my best and what I was capable of doing because I just sort of had a fear. It's just a real shame when you look back, but I don't sort of regret it or anything like that. It just made me who I am now and hopefully makes me better as a manager. That's how I see it now. So I don't have my players feeling that way. You're right when things are rosy and you're winning a few games. But then it can quickly turn.
