The Importance of Randomized Controlled Trials
A lot of what we do for patients is actually not very useful. A lot of that was born out of randomized controlled trials. And now it's very hard to say, you know what, this is mediocre enough that maybe we should just discard it and start again. That's where it was such a shock to me to move from hematology to solid tumors.
