In germany, they're talking about rent caps and everything likea new york city. In canada, you've got both parties worth saying th wanted to block foreign buyers from the markets for at least a couple of years. Are you hearing anything like that of the us? It's very interesting. I mean, it's terribly unamerican to intervene in markets like that. But right now we're dealing with a severe shortage of places to live.
