Is Tom Brady's Endorsement of Pepsi Responsible?
The lawsuit has no chance to succeed, but it raises a very interesting question. Does Tom Brady or any other celebrity who endorses a product, do they need to know for sure the product is perfect and works? There is a negative result in a zero sum game. If you are endorsing Pepsi, you are hurting people who have jobs making Coke because if more people drink Pepsi, then Coke stock price could go down. Where do you stop?
