Wage growth is going up, obviously. And i think that, aside from the fact that these these jobs r are really brutal right? It can be very dirty. So this is a big issue with some of the workers not wanting to do this turn over at a places like amazon and super high. We have some machine vision technologies and autonomoust work tes noble body arms for packing and unpacking. There are solutions. The technology could help. It's a matter of retailers really embracing it and using outsorcers and service providers.
