Circle is a payments technology company that manages the popular stablecoin USDC. It was founded by Jeremy Allaire and Sean Neville in October 2013. Circle is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts and USDC is currently valued at $44 billion. The run on USDC started because everybody knew they banked the Silicon Valley bank called Dell tech.
