I hope people are, I'm sure there's going to be some skeptics that immediately hear us talking about this and they're like tuning out already. They miss the point. Well, it's also really good exercise. Absolutely. You know, not necessarily in the full practice every day, which could be two, two and a half hours. But I'll do some every day just because it's nice to be able to take your body and put it into a situation where it doesn't really want to be,. It's like a mind over matter. And so when you're controlling your breath and your body in such a way, your body wants to fight you.
