The Mayor's Use of Shelter in Place

I've brought up lately his use of shelter in place every afternoon. He did these five o'clock news conferences and he used them to repeat this. That is a phrase you use when there's a nuclear missile heading your way, or some sort of extreme violent attack. But imagine you're an adolescent and you're hearing that over and over again. It literally is like it's like air raid sovereigns going off every night. Are we shocked? Are we surprised? I remember I kept saying it. I actually said it live on news. Stop using that phrase. You are going to hurt people with it. These are the people that are so concerned. The part that is so frustrating
