The 12 Days Have Dwindled
By the end of the year, we only have four bank holidays left er. An actually, good friday is more important in a lot of ways than christmas. So the 12 days have dwindled. There may well be meals throughout that christmas period - but there's no expectation that you will keep house and keep hospitable house for the entire 12 days. And also, twelfth night is still very, very big as an excuse to have a really good celebration. But the rest in between is kind of just sitting down again.
