There are certain uncertainties that we can quantify and there are a lot of uncertainties that we cannot quantify. There are things which for instance the tsunami that hit in 2004 I mean it hasn't happened before okay. The 2008 financial crash from the some prime was something that nobody could have predicted but it happened and it almost destroyed the whole financial system. Now the other said that before is how much electricity we're going to consume during the next day I mean this is something that we can predict pretty accurately unless if there’s a blackout if something happens which is also a possibility. But this type of uncertainty we can predict. There are many other types of uncertainties we cannot predict. It's very clever
