Is There a Pent Up Demand for Industrial?
There's just such a massive pent up demand. And especially at the smaller end of the market. The thing i like about industrial is, joke about this to palls who ware ne, not necessarily in the industry. But, yer, just give people white cubes, and it's easy. A good number of our occupiers at first sight are dark kitchens. We've now got five, i think we have five dark kitchens on sight. In thenovices of the high streets going to be more, more decimated in the next procession. Who knows?
