Ralley: I'm not facing anything criminal. Si violation of unregistered securities offering. They're claiming that when some one bought a library token, that that constituted an invest ment contract with my company. We have equity stakes in some other ventures where people are building things on top of it. And then we do also have te the token, which has also been a way of monetizing im. But they only chose to bring the suit a couple of months before, maybe six months before, they were going to hit the statute of limitations. So they were really dragging their feet i used to think it was more incompetence, but here it definitely feels pretty n fair.
