The Death of Cinematographer Helina Hutchins on the Set of Rust

Sudan has been a scene of constant civil war for over 20, 30 years. Alec Baldwin will have involuntary manslaughter charges dropped against him in the fatal shooting of cinematographer Helina Hutchins on the set of Rust. But prosecutors noted the decision does not quote, absolve Mr. Baldwin of criminal culpability and that charges may be refiled.
