The incentives, we could do a whole episode on just how price discovery happens in private versus public markets because it's a very different structure. In some cases, you probably have a little bit of an incentive to make things go up in a sense too. But then also, hey, your buddy is a private equity firm and, and he or she has an investment as well. You give a little $15 million investment there. Is that the marginal price up? At the end of the day, the dollar amount is the same.
