I'm a pescatarian I have been for 13 years now and feel great. Some people need red meat, red meat offers a lot of nutrients that we need. The older you get the more important it is because most people are not eating enough protein. It's more humane to have your my farmer friends, an hour away, loving on the cow they sell to me to buy versus these monocultures of almonds and, and soybeans. We can be spoiled kids instead of actually being thoughtful citizens of the planet.
