Introduction
When the world came to COP26 in Glasgow last year, there was a sense of hope. Promises and pledges heralded a move away from fossil fuels. We can keep the goal of limiting global warming to just 1.5 degrees Celsius within our reach if we come together. The summit didn't deliver the full solution - countries like Saudi Arabia and India refused to commit to phasing out fossil fuels. I'm deeply sorry but it's also vital that we protect this package.
