Sean Rhine on China's Economy

Reports say China and Cuba are planning to establish a joint military training facility on the island. This raises concerns that it could lead to Chinese troops and other intelligence operations just 100 miles off the coast of Florida. Joining us now to talk all things China is Sean Rhine, he is managing director with China Market Research Group. He was one of the biggest bulls on China's economy for some 25 years but has now become one of the bigger bears since early last year.
