In the beginning, what we're going to be able to do is imagine our original conditioning. That's why when you move into a deeper practice of this, it should be guided by somebody who can help. In real time interpret your imagination and correct anything that goes awry. It doesn't take that long. I don't think to train yourself out of it. Then you can now begin to look at the sort of really rigid views that some of us develop.
