Odo in the Bay of Hastings
Odo of baye appears in the tapestry on several occasions. He is seen advising william to build an invasion fleet at a crucial point. The naming of characters is fairly rare in the bay or tapestry. Just because he's in, it doesn't necessarily mean he's the patron. But people do seem to, you know, put him at the kind of the cut of the thrust of the action as it were.
