Is There a Bias in Replicating Successful Strategies?
There is a bias towards replicating successful strategies, whether they are policy related tegies or market related strategies. You learn from something and then you tried some place else, you' learn a little bit more. We don't have 15 thousand solutions that leman in our sort of tool box of solutions which have worked and that we can try in different places. The social scientists amongst us within the organization do raise questions related to, you know, the enabling conditions. Why did this wor cur under what circumstances do you have the same types of conditions elsewhere? Are googet a adverse effects that you are not expecting because of the circumstances.
