Temewell: It remains to be seen. I think itit could a very big deal if the court decides that there is some rational connection between the singling out of these countries and the risk of terror in america, which is ostensibly the whole point of this executive order. But i'm not sure i'm a convincing the court. So i want to make one xreally key point with regard to the injunction, and that is, it is overbroad. And should be immediately stayed to the extent it is over broad.
