They often use the international oil and mining trade to do that. And they park their money in the west - including london law firms. There's a growing sense of the danger of what's called lawfare. It prevents proper scrutiny of the rich and powerful. Now we need to find it,. But also that's a job to journalists have ben doing pretty well.
