The Importance of Having a Retainer
I feel like a lot of women, my age and older are struggling with that question that I talk to. Maybe it's all men too, but I don't tend to talk to men about their careers as much. It took me so long to get control over my calendar because I had this kind of common mistakes that people do once they go into leadership roles. And the only time you stop doing your own work is when someone else stops working for you. That was what was so glorious about the roll it up with me job at Reef Forge. The biggest relief for me has been getting rid of those insecurities.
