Ron Rivera made it sound like if you have a grievance, you should probably take it up with him. Look, you can't blame Dan Snyder for stuff anymore. He's gone. This is the kind of stuff that you see in a losing culture. It's one of the reasons why the commanders have lost for so long. The Eagles are so successful because they have a culture of accountability. They're not afraid to rip their star franchise quarterback and he embraces it. But those kinds of mistakes can kill a franchise.
