Are Capabilities Teams Guarded?

It can be anywhere from two to five or six teams guarded, i know one ofe smallest can be like two scrum teams. And some capabletis like too big, a large, like five or six seams. People come up with ideas, let's do friday bounties. Our leds do like two days a week focus on engineering. Or let's all go in unheltd, solve that then come back the product. It just vary on the cycle and the business constranes.
