Why Is It That the Police Don't Want to Charge a Police Officer?
A woman went missing after being raped by a man she knew. She was found in the woods with severe head injuries, but remembered most of what had happened. The police told her they didn't know who did it and that he may have been an ex-police officer named michael popcov. He is accused of raping two other women before killing them both on wednesdays. Police are not doing their job already - there needs to be some public outrage.
