The Shadow of US Imperialism Is a Very Real Specter

Matt Welch: I'm far too aware now of the West's, let's say, interference with other countries when it comes to these kinds of uprisings. It makes me feel like other forces that are at play, even though I don't have any way to confirm that. A revolution is difficult in the U.S., but do we have an answer for that? Is there any way for us to say this is no longer a series of protests? This is now actively a revolution or an attempted overthrow.
