The Biggest Problem With Recruiting a Crew Is Skimming

The biggest problem with recruiting a crew is the skimming. I would rather have somebody with no knowledge and good morals than somebody else who is an expert, but I'm going to be paranoid that they're going to skim. But it's worked out really well. The other thing that you run into is, you know, you can become a victim of your own success. At some point, your employees go, wow, I can do this. You at that point create competition for yourself.
