How to Disassociate From Your Character

I don't, I try to dish associate immediately. So like is there moments on set like family vibes that I missed? Yeah. But not really like a character. No, I've even met actors like six months after they're still carrying a character. And they'll openly tell you I'm trying to shake it. That's the type of shit I'm like damn you, what you all do is really like you give blood to the cinema. It's really crazy.
