I Can Hate My Teeth, but There's No Dentists, Right?
In 1735, James Mills ran an ad in the New York Weekly Journal. The barber was a frequent tooth puller because you know he had no way to give a shave. Other metal workers were good. They did use the barber. And then apothecaries, which is basically a pharmacist, right? Not one that knew what it was doing. No, no, no, not at all. Like every tooth that I have. So everybody's everyone had painful teeth. like that was just how you existed.
