Is Self-Reported Attribution the Right Thing to Buy?
Gartner, Forrester and other analysts are used by many companies as a risk mitigation tool to hedge their careers. But not one customer has submitted in the past two years that said they heard about us through Gartner or Forrester. The people that are native digital do not use those tools to make buying decisions. Some companies will not adopt a like a gartner or forester thing because they try and bucket you into a category that perhaps you don't belong in. And deciding whether you want to be best or different is another key decision about leveraging analysts for them.
