Are Companies Reducing Headcount Growth?
We are seeing the lay market split into two groups now. One group that's still adding jobs very rapidly and another group, a set of industries that are disproportionately affected by high interest rates. We will see some sectoral pain. Big tech, major enterprise companies, many of them earn the majority of their revenue abroad. And so those non-dollar, denominated sales are hurting their margins.
