What's Your Favorite Piece of Literature?

I can't write as fast as I think and sometimes my handwriting gets all squeaky. Sometimes having a computer is nice for getting all the thoughts out first so you can go back and edit them later. A lot of it comes down to respecting that all literature has its place in history, but I don't have to enjoy reading about 16th century England or something like that. What would a classic be? You mean like pride and prejudice or something? Okay.
