How to Communicate With Users in a User Interface
People want their interfaces to work like stories so badly. UX writing is just information for people and you can really easily turn back to the earlier skill or metaphor if we want to act a little bit like a journalist. Everybody at a product company has to communicate with each other and everybody can write but a lot of people can distill information and summarize and just see it for everyone to use.
