What's the Difference Between a 20 Million and a 30 Million?

For a congressional hearing, 20 million is on the higher side. It's not the end a ba, but it's sure as hell isn't some kind of a disappointment. The fact that the country did, in fact take a moment and antunen, to me, was was salient.
