U.S. and Ukrainian presidents seemingly undeterred in lockstep in a historic show of unity. Biden keen to remind Russian President Vladimir Putin of his failures in the past year. The White House says that they warned the Kremlin that Biden would be on the ground today for what they call deconfliction purposes so that the Russians wouldn't do anything while he was here.
