Why Isn't There a Catalytic Converter for These Things?

CNN's John Berman asks why a leaf blower puts out more pollution than 10 Ford F-150 trucks traveling 10,000 miles in 15 minutes of use. The two stroke motor is much lighter than a four stroke motor and you couldn't carry a four stroke on your back the way they would move it around. CNN host says he loves brown people but hates air pollution because there are no catalytic converter for them.
