The Different Types of Companies That Could Come Public
Valuations are a big issue here because I can imagine me being an IPO banker going in with a valuation that would represent a down round for a lot of these companies. Some companies may choose to raise additional primary capital as a means of also resetting their valuation before they go to IPO. Others may rip off the band aid and understand that they may be raising at a lower valuation in an IPO. It's different paths that different companies will take. But I think ultimately they need to come up with a solution, you know, both for liquidity and broader access.
