The Impact of the Hurricanes on the Northeast
Power outages in the Mid-Atlantic and South have seen a dramatic improvement with less than 200,000 still without electricity. Heat still a big concern across the Southern Plains and continuing to expand as well across the Gulf Coast. Swimmers were kept out of the water at a popular New York City beach after what's believed to be an extremely rare shark attack.
