The Deep State for the JFK Assassination

In 1992, Congress passed the JFK Records Act, which said that in 2017, all of the records should finally be released. Now Trump, who always talks about the deep state, well, he went along with the deep state and he said, well, let's delay it. And then he delayed it more and he left it to Biden.
