The State Sovereign Bank in Tennessee

Solari: What do you guys think are how is this going to play out now? Solari: I was at an event a couple of weekends ago with a Catherine Austin Fitz, the main speaker. She said they're really working behind the scenes to introduce a state sovereign bank here in Tennessee. Solari: It's based on the Bank of North Dakota, which is an old bank that acts as like a central bank for the state itself.
