Dakota James' body was found in the Charles River 40 days after he vanished. He called his girlfriend drunkenly and said, Hey, come pick me up. She goes out to meet him and he's gone. His cell phone is smashed nearby but they recover that. The last thing he remembered was leaving his work Christmas party and then going to an after party with some of his coworkers around 7:15 p.m. And the rest of it, he didn't remember.
