In 2019 2020 I would talk about this idea of like Building the organizational muscle so that when something happens you have the muscle and you know what to do. And then from 2019 2020 2021 even in the early 2022 Nobody was focused on building new muscles and then stuff kind of stuff kind of falls off. There's more pressure economically sales cycles are slowing down when rates are declining. The people that did it I think are capitalizing and getting dividends and the ones that didn't I think are going to continue not to do it.
