The Cubs Shouldn't Rely on Top Ten Prospects

The Cubs don't need to rely on top tier prospects. They shouldn't have to is what I'm trying to say. If you're the Cubs because you should be able to sign really, really good players and those prospects are supposed to be the ones that supplement them. That's where they were at this last time they were actually competitive is they had. Some solid ones that can come up, fill in, produce, and just supplement the All-Stars, the big money guys.
